Can cast level 3 arcane spells, quadrant lores
Choose one quadrant of the Arcane diagram (2 lores). You may cast level 3 spells (CN 6) from any Lore in that quadrant. When you take this talent, you immediately learn 1 level 3 spell. You may learn additional level 3 spells for 75 XP each (or 50 XP if you find that spell in a grimoire). Additionally, you gain 1 arcane perk from any one of the lores in your chosen quadrant.
