Can cast level 4 arcane spells, 1 lore
Choose one lore in the Arcane diagram. You may cast level 4 spells (CN 9) from that Lore. When you take this talent, you immediately learn 1 level 4 spell. You may learn additional level 4 spells for 75 XP each (or 50 XP if you find that spell in a grimoire). Additionally, you gain 1 arcane perk from any one the selected lore.
